Bulletin Detail Date October 30, 2007  Title A Bodega Evening with Graham Nutter  Attachment   Bulletin We are having another Bodega Evening with Graham Nutter, owner of Château Saint Jacques d’Albas (www.chateaustjacques.com) that will take place on Wednesday, November 7th, 2007. As you can see from the attached, Paul Biggs (owner and head chef of Bodega) has pulled out all the stops in designing a very special menu to go with Graham’s award winning wines from the Minervois (plus a Blanquette de Limoux from one of his neighbours and a wonderful white from Vignoble Chabrier Fils, not far away). It promises to be a grand evening, but plan to take public transportation because quite a bit of wine will be served over the course of the evening. The festivities (Rosé and Hors d’oeuvres) will begin at 6:30 and we will sit down for dinner at 7:00. The tariff is $125 per person, everything included – even taxes and gratuities.
