Your Castle in Provence Beckons!

http://www.arthursellers.com/images/ofclip_image014.jpgWe had a wonderful stay at the castle – (Hélène) and Jim did an amazing job of organizing everything. The company, the tours, the food and, of course the wine were all outstanding. We would love to do it again and see all the places we missed.”   Bruce - 2014 (Vancouver, B.C.)
Your hostess Hélène Buisson

There are still a few lovely rooms awaiting you at Le Château de Goult for Hélène’s 2015 Tour de Provence – September 19th to 26th. Come join your fellow adventurers (including a couple returning a third time) for an experience of a lifetime.

Hélène has been conducting her small, intimate tours to southern France for over ten years. During that time she has assembled a stellar team of experienced, local Provençaux including the estate manager Joël, chef Djamila and coach driver Armand who are devoted to making sure that Hélène’s guests enjoy the best possible experience.

Djadmila preparing another masterpiece
But it is Hélène with her extensive knowledge of Provence, superb organizational skills, eye to detail and winning personality that makes these adventures truly remarkable.

Home base for the week is Le Château de Goult, a lavishly restored 14th Century castle in the hilltop town of Goult in the Luberon (Peter Mayle country). There is no packing and unpacking once you settle into your completely modernized chambers. Leisurely day trips in a private, chauffeur-driven Mercedes coach will take you to places like the vibrant city of Nîmes, the perched village of Les-Beaux-de-Provence and the mediaeval hamlet of Séguret.

The enchanting Mediterranean coast
At the end of each day, after inspecting colourful Provençal markets, vineyards, Roman antiquities and bustling villages, you will relax with a crisp local Rosé by the château’s pool. Then come the sumptuous dinners prepared by Djadmila, each complemented by a selection of the finest wines from local purveyors to Arthur’s Cellar. Conversations flow, the day’s activities are recounted, lasting friendships are formed and the good fellowship lasts well into the night.

Ah, nothing like a Provençal langoustine!
My husband and I have never been on an organized tour for travel before. Our experience with Hélène and Jim has left us excited to do it again. Provence is beautiful and full of history but without Hélène guiding us to all the right spots and taking care of all the details we would never have discovered most of them. The stay in the chateau was a highlight and set the stage for much laughter, delicious meals and easy connection with the other guests. Jim with his expertise in wine kept us informed and in good ‘spirits’. If you have always wanted to explore Provence, this is definitely the way to do it; a trip of lifetime!

Susi and Steve – 2014 (White Rock BC)

Provence is always a most marvellous destination, but it is extra alluring now with the Euro currently under $1.40 Canadian, airlines offering special fares and Hélène’s castle in the Luberon waiting for you.  Please contact Hélène for all the delicious details. We’d love to have you join us.

Cheers!
