Just to let you know, in case you might be interested, that in last weekend's Financial Times (and on her website) Jancis Robinson published her list of 30 top sparkling wines for Christmas (ranging from £350 to £9.99 - of which 26 were Champagne. You can imagine how pleased we were that our Blanquette de Limoux was included in this elite list.
